1. Our service

ScribeScholars provides academic guidance, editing, and research support to students. Our work is meant to help you learn, improve and structure your own work. It is not a substitute for your own effort or judgement.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can sign in with email and password or with your Google account.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used for misuse.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for guidance, editing or research support on your own work, and not for dishonest submission, impersonation or breaking your institution's rules. You are responsible for following your university's or institution's academic integrity policies. You must not misuse the site, attempt to access other users' data, upload harmful files, or harass our team.

4. Orders, delivery and payment

  • When you submit a request, you should give a clear brief, requirements and a realistic deadline. Late or changed information may affect delivery.
  • Price, deadline and payment method are confirmed with you before work begins. Some orders may require an advance payment.
  • Once an order is marked completed, you may request a revision from your dashboard within a reasonable time and within the scope of the original brief.
  • Refund or cancellation requests are handled case by case, based on what was agreed on your order and how much work has been done. Contact us as soon as possible.

5. Your content and our work

You keep ownership of the material you upload. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to share what you upload.

6. No guarantee of results

We work to deliver good quality, but we cannot guarantee a particular grade, acceptance or outcome. The final decision on any submission is yours and your institution's.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ScribeScholars is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services. The site is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
